Job Title: Workday Integration Engineer
Type: Contract to Hire
Location: REMOTE

Overview
We are seeking an experienced Workday Integrations Developer to design, build, and support integrations across Workday Financials, HCM, Supply Chain, and UKG Payroll. This role is heavily hands-on, with a strong focus on integrations development, while also partnering closely with business stakeholders to understand integration needs and ensure successful delivery.

Day to Day Responsibilities
Integrations Development

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain Workday integrations across HCM, Financials, Supply Chain, and UKG Payroll
• Build and support a variety of Workday integration types, including:
  • EIBs
  • Core Connectors
  • Studio integrations
  • Custom reports and calculated fields supporting integrations
• Ensure accurate data flow, transformation, and validation across systems
• Manage secure file transfers using FTPS/SFTP and other integration protocols
• Support data migration efforts and ongoing integration enhancements
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve integration issues in a timely manner
• Maintain integration documentation and follow best practices for scalability and security

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Partner with business owners and functional teams to gather integration requirements
• Participate in team and stakeholder meetings to discuss integration needs, functionality, and timelines
• Provide technical guidance and recommendations based on Workday integration capabilities
• Translate business requirements into effective technical integration solutions

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Workday Integrations Developer/Engineer
• Strong hands-on experience building integrations in Workday HCM, Financials, and Supply Chain
• Proven experience integrating Workday with UKG Payroll
• Active Workday Integrations Certification (required)
• Strong understanding of data flow, data transformation, and data migration
• Strong knowledge of integration protocols and secure file transfer methods (FTPS/SFTP)
• Experience working in cross-functional environments with business and technical teams
