Job Title: ServiceNow Architect (Service Bridge)
Location: Remote
Type: Direct Hire
Summary
Our client is seeking a ServiceNow Architect with deep expertise in Service Bridge to lead the design and integration of cross-instance ServiceNow environments. This role is customer-facing and requires someone who can confidently lead architectural discussions, design scalable solutions, and partner with both internal teams and external organizations.
Key Responsibilities

• Define and maintain ServiceNow platform architecture, including integrations, data models, and governance
• Lead the design and implementation of Service Bridge solutions connecting internal and external ServiceNow instances
• Architect scalable solutions across modules such as ITSM, CMDB, Integration Hub, Flow Designer, and Service Catalog
• Design secure provider/consumer Service Bridge architectures and cross-instance workflows
• Establish best practices for instance-to-instance integrations, data exchange, and workflow orchestration
• Configure and optimize Service Bridge integrations for performance, reliability, and security
• Develop and maintain API integrations using REST/SOAP, Integration Hub, and MID Server architecture
• Support integration with external enterprise systems (ERP, asset management, partner platforms)
• Maintain CMDB data structures and support service mapping initiatives
• Provide hands-on configuration including Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, and Workflows
• Collaborate with stakeholders, lead architecture workshops, and drive design reviews
• Document architecture decisions, integration frameworks, and governance standards

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience as a ServiceNow Architect, with a focus on Service Bridge implementations
• Proven ability to design and integrate multiple ServiceNow instances across organizations
• Deep knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, including CMDB, Integration Hub, Flow Designer, and scripting
• Expertise in REST/SOAP integrations, MID Server architecture, and instance-to-instance integrations
• Experience working in customer-facing roles, leading discussions and advising stakeholders
• Strong understanding of security, data governance, and enterprise integration best practices

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience integrating ServiceNow with external partners, vendors, or service providers
• Familiarity with ERP integrations (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
• Experience supporting asset management environments (HAM/SAM)
• Exposure to regulated environments (e.g., CMMC, ISO27001)
