Oracle ERP Systems Analyst
Hybrid
Contract (1 year)
Position Summary
The Systems Analyst serves as a technical liaison between business units and technology teams to support the Oracle ERP portfolio. This role is responsible for defining system relationships, documenting data flows, refining technical requirements, and supporting the implementation of new functionality across Oracle ERP products and integrations.
The Systems Analyst partners with stakeholders, development teams, vendors, architecture teams, and shared services groups to ensure requirements are clearly defined, technically feasible, and aligned with business objectives. This position is primarily technology-focused and requires strong analytical, systems, and communication skills.
About the Team
The Oracle ERP Technology team partners closely with enterprise business stakeholders to implement and support Oracle Financials modules across multiple business units.
In this role, you will collaborate with stakeholders to document current-state processes, analyze system and data flows, refine integration patterns, and recommend process or system improvements. This is an opportunity to contribute to innovative initiatives supporting the rollout and ongoing enhancement of Oracle products and enterprise technology capabilities.
Primary Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with the ability to engage effectively across executives, managers, end users, technical teams, and subject matter experts.
- Proven ability to document system integrations, data flows, and technical architecture patterns.
- Ability to translate business and stakeholder requirements into detailed technical specifications.
- Intermediate understanding of application development and design principles.
- Intermediate to advanced data analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Experience identifying data relationships, performing data transformation activities, and ensuring data integrity across systems.
- Ability to collaborate with Quality Assurance and development teams to support testing, system integration validation, and user acceptance testing.
- Strong experience gathering and validating reporting requirements and underlying data elements.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and critical-thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and timelines.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of technical and business experience.
Desired Skills
- Experience with process mapping, data mapping, technical documentation, and solution design.
- Experience introducing new technology features and functionality to business users.
- Experience improving business processes and systems for operational efficiency and cost savings.
- Experience supporting organizational change management activities, including stakeholder communication, training, and readiness planning.
- Ability to support project initiation, planning, and implementation activities.
- Ability to advocate for process improvements and future-state solutions with both business and technical stakeholders.
- Experience identifying process improvement opportunities, refining scope and requirements, and communicating project capabilities to leadership and stakeholders.
- Ability to present information and share knowledge through formal discussions and presentations to large groups.
