We are seeking a Financial Systems Administrator to support and maintain key financial and procurement applications, with a primary focus on Oracle, Coupa, and related business systems. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with an accounting, finance, AP/AR, or procurement background who is looking to transition into a more technical business systems career path.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administration and support for Oracle, Coupa, and related financial systems.

- Assist with reporting, data validation, system maintenance, and process improvements.
Qualifications
- Experience supporting financial, accounting, procurement, or ERP systems such as Oracle, Coupa, SAP, NetSuite, or Sage.
- Understanding of accounting and finance processes, including AP, AR, procurement, or related functions.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a systems-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize workload, and manage a high-volume support queue.
- Experience with Jira, ticketing systems, or business application support is preferred.
- Previous experience as a Financial Systems Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, ERP Administrator, or a finance/accounting professional looking to move into technology is highly desirable.
What We’re Looking For
This role is ideal for someone early in their systems career—or a finance/accounting professional looking to pivot into technology—who enjoys solving problems, supporting business applications, and becoming a subject matter expert on financial systems. The successful candidate will be self-sufficient, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced support environment.
