Power Platform Developer (Pro?Code Experience) — Contract (Hybrid | Mississauga, ON)

Overview
We are seeking a Power Platform Developer with pro-code experience to design, build, and enhance enterprise-grade business applications and automation solutions. This role is Power Platform-focused—spanning Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, and Copilot Studio—and leverages .NET/C# for integrations, APIs, and advanced logic where needed. The position will also expand to include some development work supporting existing .NET/C# applications. The ideal candidate understands when to apply low-code versus pro-code approaches and can deliver scalable, maintainable solutions across the full SDLC in a fast-paced Agile environment.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of experience developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Copilot Studio, Dataverse).
- Experience with data modeling concepts, SQL, and relational databases.
- Experience with C# / .NET.
- Experience integrating systems using APIs, connectors, and cloud services.
- Strong functional testing mindset and attention to detail.
- Solid understanding of Azure (or AWS) services.
- Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum.
- Solid understanding of UI/UX design principles.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Nice to Have Skills
- Experience applying environment strategy, governance, and ALM practices for scalable enterprise deployments.
- Experience building reusable components and standardizing patterns across solutions.
- Experience building custom connectors and extending Power Platform solutions with Azure services/APIs.
- Background supporting production applications in an L2/L3 capacity.
Preferred Education and Experience
- 3+ years of hands-on Power Platform development experience (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Copilot Studio, Dataverse).
- Demonstrated experience delivering scalable solutions across the SDLC in an Agile environment.
Other Requirements
- Hybrid schedule: 3 days onsite / 2 days remote in Mississauga, ON.
- Contract term: 6 months, with potential extension or conversion to full-time.
- Participation in Scrum ceremonies (planning, standups, demos, retrospectives).
- Production support responsibilities (L2/L3), documentation, knowledge transfer, and continuous improvement.

Power Platform Developer (Pro-Code)

We are hiring a Power Platform Developer for an enterprise client in Mississauga. This is a Power Platform-first role with real pro-code depth required. If you know when to use low-code and when to extend with .NET/C#, and you care about building things that actually scale, this is worth a look.
What You Will Do
• Design and build enterprise-grade applications and automation solutions across Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, and Copilot Studio
• Extend Power Platform solutions with .NET/C#, custom APIs, and Azure integrations where low-code is not the right tool
• Contribute to existing .NET/C# application development alongside Power Platform work
• Deliver across the full SDLC in an Agile/Scrum environment including planning, standups, demos, and retrospectives
• Own production support responsibilities (L2/L3), documentation, and knowledge transfer
• Apply governance, ALM practices, and reusable component patterns for scalable enterprise deployments
What You Bring
• 3+ years of hands-on Power Platform development (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Copilot Studio, Dataverse)
• Proficiency in C# / .NET for integrations, APIs, and advanced logic
• Strong understanding of data modeling, SQL, and relational databases
• Experience integrating systems via APIs, connectors, and cloud services
• Solid grasp of Azure (or AWS) services
• Strong UI/UX sensibility and a functional testing mindset
• Comfortable in Agile/Scrum delivery environments
Bonus Points
