About the Company

Our client is a leading financial technology and B2B payments company serving businesses with technology-driven payment, commercial card, and financial management solutions. The organization is investing heavily in modernizing enterprise integrations and building products that help customers automate critical financial and operational workflows.

This is an opportunity to join a growing Product organization with significant executive visibility and ownership over products used by enterprise customers.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager – Integrations & Partnerships to lead the strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle of integrations connecting financial technology solutions with ERP, accounting, HRIS, procurement, expense, and other enterprise business systems.

This is a Product Management role, not an ERP administration or implementation role. The ideal candidate combines strong product management skills with a solid understanding of ERP and accounting processes, enterprise integrations, APIs, and customer workflows.

You will work closely with Engineering, Architecture, Security, Implementation, Operations, Sales, executive leadership, and external technology partners to develop scalable integration capabilities that improve automation, operational efficiency, and customer outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Own the product strategy, roadmap, and prioritization for enterprise business-system integrations.

  • Define scalable integration approaches across APIs, webhooks, packaged connectors, file exchange, middleware, and partner-delivered solutions.

  • Lead customer and partner discovery to understand workflows, requirements, pain points, and adoption barriers.

  • Translate accounting, finance, and operational processes into product requirements, user stories, and scalable product capabilities.

  • Partner with Engineering and Architecture to define technical integration requirements and scalable integration patterns.

  • Collaborate with Security, QA, Implementation, Operations, Sales, and external partners to deliver secure and reliable integrations.

  • Improve the customer experience across integration setup, testing, implementation, monitoring, support, and upgrades.

  • Build and maintain relationships with ERP, accounting, HRIS, middleware, consulting, and implementation partners.

  • Support product launches, sales enablement, customer communications, and adoption initiatives.

  • Define and monitor product metrics including adoption, implementation effort, reliability, transaction volume, customer satisfaction, and business value.

  • Communicate product strategy, roadmap, dependencies, priorities, and performance to senior stakeholders and executives.

  • Balance customer needs, technical feasibility, business value, and competing stakeholder priorities.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management, enterprise applications, ERP, business systems, enterprise integrations, accounting, or related areas.

  • Strong understanding of ERP and accounting processes, including general ledger concepts and financial workflows.

  • Hands-on experience with enterprise integrations, APIs, data mapping, or other business-system integration patterns.

  • Ability to translate complex business and technical requirements into scalable product capabilities.

  • Experience owning product roadmaps, prioritization, and product decisions.

  • Strong customer discovery and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to work effectively with Engineering and communicate technical concepts in business terms.

  • Demonstrated executive presence and the ability to present product strategy and roadmap decisions to senior leadership.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, Workday, Infor, Sage, Intacct, or similar platforms.

  • Background in enterprise SaaS, FinTech, payments, commercial cards, or B2B software.

  • Experience with procure-to-pay, record-to-report, order-to-cash, expense management, or financial reconciliation processes.

  • Experience working with APIs, webhooks, authentication, data mapping, file exchange, middleware, and integration monitoring.

  • Experience in Agile/Scrum product development environments.

  • Background in accounting, finance, audit, controllership, treasury, consulting, or financial-systems implementation.

  • Practical experience using AI productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, or Cursor.

Why Join

  • Remote opportunity with national scope.

  • Strategic ownership of enterprise integrations.

  • High visibility with senior leadership.

  • Opportunity to shape products and integrations at scale.

  • Join a growing Product organization with significant investment in technology and innovation.
