Client Referral Program
Gravity IT Resources recognizes that receiving candidate referrals only solves half of the employment equation for the benefit of the IT community. We also believe in the power of the IT community to discover new clients and new jobs. So, if you think you know a company or hiring manager that would benefit from working with Gravity, let us know! If we sign a contract with your referred client, you will be eligible to receive referral fees for all placements made by Gravity.

If the job is a direct hire, full-time opportunity, Gravity shares 10% of its fee with you – typically $1,500 - $3,000!

If the job is a contract opportunity, Gravity shares 1% of your referred candidate’s pay rate for as long as that candidate is billing in the position – usually $75 - $125 per month!

Don’t worry, these referral fees do not affect the referred candidates’ pay in any way.
How it works
Please note: Gravity IT Resources is unable to sponsor or transfer work visas for any of our positions. Both the referring individual and the referred candidate must be fully authorized to work in the United States for any employer without the need for visa sponsorship. Additionally, the referring individual must have an established relationship with the person they are referring.
