Job Title: Senior Epic ClinDoc Analyst

Location: Remote

Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Epic ClinDoc Analyst to join our team. This role is integral to the planning, design, and implementation of Epic applications to support clinical workflows and ensure efficient data capture. The ideal candidate will leverage clinical expertise and technical knowledge to optimize system performance and enhance user adoption.

Education:

  • Required: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Master of Science in Nursing (MSN)
  • Preferred: Master’s in Informatics or a related discipline

Licensure/Certification:

  • Required: Current California Registered Nurse (CA RN) License
  • Preferred:
    • Certification in Epic Clinical Informatics
    • Completion of Epic certification within one year of hire

Experience:

  • Required:
    • Minimum of three years of clinical experience
    • Epic implementation support experience
  • Preferred:
    • Epic builder certification in Orders, ClinDoc, or Stork

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead planning, design, and implementation teams to ensure application design and build align with clinical needs, workflow processes, and data capture requirements, driving adoption.
  • Develop and maintain a strong working knowledge of our client’s EMR system and related software, staying updated on upgrades and new applications.
  • Train and provide ongoing support to physicians and advanced practice providers in the effective use of the EMR and related software across inpatient and clinic areas.
  • Collaborate with the Ambulatory, Inpatient, and Clinical Informatics teams to implement system upgrades, redesign processes, and optimize workflows.
  • Assist with technical access and connectivity for our client’s systems and applications.
  • Evaluate software capabilities with management to address operational challenges and enhance efficiencies in inpatient and ambulatory settings.
  • Partner with project management teams to execute system upgrades, enhancements, and conversions while ensuring clear communication and timely delivery of project goals.
  • Demonstrate compliance with the Code of Conduct and organizational policies, addressing and reporting compliance concerns as necessary.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
