Overview
Join our Team as a Senior Product Manager for Sales Insights and Automation. In this role, you will take charge of the roadmap and execution of sales technology capabilities, ensuring an optimized platform for our sales teams. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in Salesforce, CPQ, CLM tools, and integrations to drive a seamless and automated sales ecosystem.
As a key contributor, you will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify needs, evaluate industry solutions, and establish a strategic vision that delivers delightful and effective customer experiences.
This 12-month contract role offers the chance to make a significant impact on sales operations and technology within a dynamic and innovative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with users, engineering teams, and stakeholders to develop and manage a product roadmap, measuring adoption and impact.
- Lead the strategic direction for sales technology capabilities, demonstrating thought leadership and vision.
- Own planning, prioritization, and roadmap activities for assigned domains, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Utilize data-driven insights to define and monitor success metrics.
- Conduct customer research to understand sales team needs and develop tailored solutions.
- Drive execution against project plans, proactively managing risks and communicating effectively with stakeholders.
- Work with go-to-market teams to execute strategies and prioritize features to meet strategic business outcomes.
- Define meaningful user stories with clear acceptance criteria, considering dependencies and integrations.
- Influence senior leadership and drive strategic conversations about sales technology capabilities.
- Manage the selection, implementation, and ongoing oversight of third-party integrations with Salesforce.
Required Skills and Experience
- 8+ years of experience designing and delivering enterprise-grade software products as a Product Manager or Implementation Consultant.
- Proven experience administering and configuring Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, custom objects).
- Expertise in managing Salesforce integrations with third-party tools via APIs and integration platforms.
- Hands-on experience with CPQ and CLM tools, including integration or seller workflow.
- Demonstrated success in implementing go-to-market technologies and working cross-functionally with teams such as sales, enablement, finance, and customer service.
- Strong understanding of data structures, migration, and management within Salesforce.
- Knowledge of data enrichment tools and techniques to enhance sales targeting and engagement.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills with the ability to engage senior leadership effectively.
- Proficiency in Agile development methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Salesforce development (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning).
- Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau.
- MBA or equivalent experience in product management or a related field.
This role is a 12-month contract with potential for extension based on performance and business needs.
