Job Title: Process Engineer
Location: Charlotte, NC
Job Summary: Our client’s Enterprise Architecture space is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Process Engineer who has a proven track record of analyzing, designing, and optimizing business processes. The goals are to strengthen effectiveness, improve efficiency, reduce costs and enhance overall performance of the private investment management operating model. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process management and enterprise architecture tools, with a particular focus on Ardoq and ShiftX. This role involves facilitating process management discussions, documenting and optimizing workflows, and ensuring the efficient use of enterprise architecture and process management tools.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate process management sessions to identify, analyze, and improve business processes.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation, including process maps, workflows, and standard operating procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and document new processes and procedures or enhance existing processes and procedures.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide training and support to team members on process management tools and methodologies.
  • Monitor and report on process performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
  • Evaluating functional capability and building deliverables (i.e., process maps and workflows) into the enterprise architecture platform (Ardoq).
  • Manage and optimize the use of enterprise architecture tools, particularly Ardoq, to support business objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, finance or a related field.
  • Proven experience in process management and enterprise architecture tools, with a strong emphasis on Ardoq, ShiftX and Lucid Charts.
  • Excellent facilitation, interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to lead process management sessions effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in process management tools and methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, Visio).
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in a related field.
