Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Backend Developer with 5+ years of expertise in C#, .NET, SQL Server, and JavaScript to join our development team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and efficient backend systems, ensuring smooth performance and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain backend services using C# and .NET (Core/.NET Framework).
  • Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database structures in SQL Server.
  • Build and integrate RESTful APIs for seamless communication between frontend and backend systems.
  • Implement business logic and backend functionalities to support web applications.
  • Work with JavaScript (Node.js, or frontend integration where required) for full-stack solutions.
  • Collaborate with frontend developers, QA teams, and product managers to ensure high-quality software delivery.
  • Optimize application performance, security, and scalability.
  • Participate in code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting of backend systems.
  • Keep up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in backend development.
  • Proficiency in C#, .NET Core/.NET Framework.
  • Strong experience with SQL Server (queries, stored procedures, indexing, performance tuning, etc.).
  • Experience working with JavaScript (Node.js or frontend interactions).
  • Familiarity with RESTful API development and integration.
  • Knowledge of software design patterns, SOLID principles, and best practices.
  • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
