Job Title: Systems Engineer III

Location: Lowell, MA (3 days onsite)
Shift:  8 AM – 5 PM EST  (1 hr lunch)
Job Type: Contract (opp for extension)

Description
The ideal candidate will have experience with endpoint management technologies and platforms, including InTune, Jamf, Tanium, and Absolute. They will also possess a strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform, with a preference for candidates who have development experience within ServiceNow. The candidate should be proficient in managing both Mac and Windows environments.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist in the research, development, design, architecture, deployment, and support of all endpoint technologies within the company.
• Manage and maintain endpoint management solutions such as InTune, Jamf, Tanium, and Absolute.
• Ensure the security and compliance of endpoint devices across the organization.
• Utilize ServiceNow for incident management, service requests, and asset management.
• Develop and customize ServiceNow applications and workflows as needed.
• Provide expert-level technical support directly to employees and IT support peers, ensuring the highest degree of customer service and technical expertise.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot enterprise desktop computing platforms.
• Execute project-level initiatives for next-generation endpoint technologies, working closely with the PMO, IT, and business units to align with priority objectives.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in endpoint management and ServiceNow.
• Manage multiple project tasks and prioritize them to ensure deliverable
