Job Title: Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineer – Azure Entra / B2C
Location: Tallahassee, FL
Job Type: 12-Month Contract

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled IAM Engineer with deep expertise in Microsoft Azure Entra ID (formerly Azure AD) and Azure B2C to design, implement, and manage federated identity and access management solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for securing enterprise applications, supporting user identity personas, ensuring compliance through security testing, and maintaining robust, scalable identity frameworks. This role involves close collaboration with technical teams, business stakeholders, and project management personnel to deliver secure and user-friendly authentication systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage Microsoft Entra federated identity solutions including Azure B2C and B2B.
• Develop and maintain custom Azure B2C Identity Experience Framework (IEF) environments and support diverse user personas.
• Conduct security testing and ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
• Configure and manage SSO integrations including Salesforce endpoints and third-party identity providers.
• Troubleshoot and maintain Azure B2C applications and custom policies.
• Implement and manage SAML, OAuth 2.0, and OIDC based authentication and authorization protocols.
• Develop infrastructure-as-code (IaC) using Terraform, Bicep, ARM templates, or YAML.
• Script and automate identity management tasks using PowerShell and Azure DevOps pipelines.
• Apply change management best practices, including code promotion processes in coordination with development teams.
• Review project and technical deliverables to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and tune the performance of identity and access systems and web applications.
• Maintain version control practices using Git.
• Support education and technology initiatives within a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience working with Microsoft Azure IAM, including Azure B2B and B2C registration and configuration.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Azure B2C IEF custom policy development and user experience frameworks.
• 3+ years of experience with SSO (Single Sign-On) implementations.
• 3+ years of experience in web application server system administration, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• In-depth knowledge of SAML, OAuth, and OIDC protocols.
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps, PowerShell, and Git.
• Experience in infrastructure as code (IaC) using YAML, Terraform, ARM templates, or Bicep.
• Strong familiarity with project management standards, tools, and practices (preferred).
• Solid understanding of change management practices in software environments.
