Demand Generation Marketing Manager
Location: Northern Virginia

Reports To: VP, Marketing
Position Overview
The Demand Generation Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition, lead generation, and revenue growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong analytical mindset who can optimize campaigns across multiple channels to maximize engagement and conversions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and marketing teams to refine lead generation strategies.
- Manage marketing automation and CRM tools to nurture leads and track performance.
- Analyze campaign data and optimize strategies based on insights.
- Oversee paid advertising, email marketing, content marketing, and social media initiatives.
- Identify new opportunities for growth, including emerging trends and technologies.
- Develop and maintain lead scoring, nurturing, and management processes.
- Manage the demand generation budget and allocate resources efficiently.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in demand generation or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of lead generation and customer acquisition strategies.
- Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce).
- Excellent analytical and project management skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
