Job Title:  Sr. Internal Auditor
Location:  Salt Lake City, UT (on-site)
Job-Type:  Permanent
Salary Range:  $90K – $110K
Referral Fee:  $1,500
Position Overview:
Seeking a Sr. Auditor that will work as part of an internal audit team to assist in providing independent and objective assessments of internal controls, control systems, processes, etc. In this role, you will provide various types of audits across departments. You will assist in performance of value-added audits with various stages of planning, risk assessment, audit procedures, and reporting.
Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparation of Annual Audit Plan and periodic adjustments based on audit priorities.
• Ensure that audits are performed under the “Three Lines of Defense” model.
• Conduct domestic and international audit projects to ensure work performed in adequately and timely within deadlines.
• Assist with supervision and review of audit team performance including audit judgement, documentation, reporting, and achieving quality standards.
• Draft or review written audit reports and executive summaries to clearly and concisely communicate risks, findings, and recommendations.

Required Experience & Skills:

• Proficient in basic data analytic methods such as including Tableau or PowerBI and providing input on continuous improvement to audit approach and tools.
• 3+ years’ experience in an internal audit or external audit position.
• 1-2 years’ experience working as a Sr. Auditor.
• Up to 25% travel required (both domestic and international).
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field required.

Nice to Have Experience:
 

• CIA (Certified Internal Auditor)  and/or CPA (Certified Public Accountant) certifications preferred.
• “Big 4” Accounting experience preferred.
