Job Title: Business Analyst
Location: Commerce, GA (3 days onsite)
Job Type: Contract
Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Position Summary:
We are seeking a self-driven, analytical, and technically skilled Business Analyst to support various technology implementations and product team initiatives. The ideal candidate will be experienced in both business and data analysis, capable of supporting system enhancements, integrations, and continuous improvement efforts.
Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the liaison between the information systems team and business departments.

Build strong relationships with stakeholders to understand user stories, business processes, system capabilities, and integration needs.

Gather and clarify business and technical requirements using Agile methodologies.

Collaborate with internal teams and implementation partners to ensure successful project/product launches.

Support business functions by implementing workflows, data automation, and optimization.
-
Act as a subject matter expert on application functionality, scalability, and data integrity.

Design and develop BI reports and dashboards based on business requirements.

Ensure accuracy, reliability, and readiness of datasets for analysis and reporting.

Participate in system testing, enhancements, and interface validations.

Provide ongoing PC support and end-user training as needed.

Follow IT standards including SDLC, QA, and project management processes.

Assist in writing and maintaining SOP documentation and driving adoption across teams.

Participate in on-call rotations and after-hours validation of applications when necessary.
Required Technical Skills & Experience:
-
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst on technology projects or product teams.
-
3+ years of experience in supply chain and/or logistics environments.
-
Strong experience with Agile methodologies (SAFe preferred).

End-to-end project implementation experience (design, configuration, testing, cutover, reporting).

Demonstrated ability to support both business and data analysis needs.

Experience with both relational and NoSQL databases.

Strong documentation skills: BRDs, test cases, SOPs.

Comfortable navigating both mainframe and distributed systems.

Proven experience leading issue triage and communicating across business and IT teams.

Proficiency with Microsoft Azure Power Platform (Power Automate, Power BI).

Experience designing scalable reports and visualizations aligned with business needs.

Knowledge of Vehicle Processing and Parts Distribution operations is strongly preferred.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.

Microsoft certification in Power BI and/or Power Platform preferred.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize effectively.

Quick learner with strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
Additional Information:
-
Must be willing to participate in a rotational on-call schedule and be available for occasional nighttime or weekend application validations.
