Job Title:  ServiceNow Engineer
Location: Remote
Job-Type:  Contract-To-Hire
Salary Range:  $140K – $160K
Referral Fee: $750
Position Overview:
As a Senior/Lead ServiceNow Engineer, you will take complex business challenges and systematically configure them into comprehensive and user-friendly interfaces. You will communicate and collaborate with others in order to be successful. This position will play a key role in helping make ServiceNow systems seamless and help build great relationships with teams across the organization.
Duties & Responsibilities:

• Support the development, configuration, testing and launch of new features using various ServiceNow modules, including but not limited to; ITOM, Integration Hub, SAM Pro, CMDB, HR, etc.
• Seek improvements for existing systems, and processes suggesting enhancements and streamlining functionality
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on various projects, providing support, application development and standardization

Required Experience & Skills:

• 7+ years of implementation and strong working knowledge of ServiceNow
• Strong software development experience
• Proven ability to work successfully on projects that have high-level exposure, which may require presentation/demo to stakeholders
• Ability to learn and support new technologies and train others
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, MIS, Engineering, or equivalent experience
