Overview
IT Sr. Network Analyst will provide IT network support for Sao Paulo Region, covering by default 3 sites. Work closely with other IT Teams helping in deployment and responsible for local network infrastructure of the local sites of São Paulo, Cubatão and Cajati.

Duties and Responsibilities

IT Network
 

    • Plan, configure, and implement network devices such as routers, switches, firewalls, Wi-Fi, and Wireless according to best practices and following the company’s global policies and standards.
    • Analyze and solve complex networking, telecommunications, and IT problems.
    • Support collaboration infrastructure including cloud IP telephony. videoconferencing, and multimedia systems in meeting rooms.
    • Analyze network traffic and usage to ensure adequate capacity and meet business needs.
    • Create and maintain detailed documentation about the network and IT infrastructure, including diagrams, procedures, and policies.
    • Collaborate with the Global Network Architecture team in the implementation of new projects.
 
   
IT Infrastructure
 

  • Handle MACD (move, add, change and disconnection) requests for cabling, networking, and IT infrastructure activities.
  • Identify, outline, and execute solution enhancements to realize investments in EHS technologies and create value for the business
  • Define and coordinate the execution of testing procedures, and develop test cases to serve the overall quality assurance process
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to fully integrate the EHS Systems component into applicable workflows
 
   
   
   
   
IT Analyst
 

  • Act in the process of acquiring hardware, software, services and licenses, as well as control contract renewals.
  • Support the TEMS (Telecom Expense management & support) process, between service partners, operators, Internet providers and the internal IT governance team.

Required Experience and Skills

  • Cisco Routing & Switching (nível CCNA).
  • Firewall Check Point (Firewall, IPS, DMZ, Internet load balancing e Cloud).
  • DHCP, DNS (on Infoblox, Windows, or Cisco).
  • Other Cisco Technologies (SDWAN, ISE, Wireless, VPN, and Prime).
  • NPM-Network Performance Tools (em SolarWinds, Viavi, Catalyst Center e ThousandEyes).
  • ITSM Service Now and SAP4Hana (user level).
  • Project control frameworks (in ITIL, Safe Agile and Lucidchart).
  • Cloud infrastructure in Azure.
  • Fluent in Portuguese (Brazil) and English to cover global needs is preferred – written and verbal
  • Technical Certification(s) within Networking discipline or Software Application is preferred
  • Effective communicator with the ability to maintain a cohesive team
  • Strong verbal, written, listening and presentation communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work with employees at all levels of the organization
  • Demonstrated proficiency in conflict resolution
  • Ability to track and remove impediments
  • Demonstrated problem solving techniques and strong analytical skills
  • Solid interpersonal skills with the ability to work as part of a collaborative team across the organization
