Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic S/4HANA Project Manager with functional experience in SAP Logistics (MM, SD, LE) and ideally Rental processes to lead the Logistics & Rental workstream within a major S/4HANA transformation program. This role requires a hands-on leader who can drive daily execution, manage priorities, and ensure timely delivery of key project milestones including build, bug resolution, cutover, training, and organizational change management (OCM).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Logistics & OTC Rental workstreams within the S/4HANA program, ensuring alignment with overall project goals and timelines.
  • Facilitate daily stand-up meetings, track progress, and remove blockers for the Logistics & Rental team.
  • Manage and prioritize the Build and Bug resolution backlog, working closely with functional and technical teams.
  • Coordinate and track cutover simulation activities, ensuring readiness for go-live.
  • Collaborate with OCM and Training teams to ensure training materials, sessions, and change activities are planned and executed on schedule.
  • Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, system integrators, and internal teams for the Logistics & OTC Rental streams.
  • Monitor and report on project status, risks, and issues related to the Logistics & Rental scope.
  • Ensure adherence to SAP best practices and project governance standards.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 3+ years of SAP Logistics modules (MM, SD, LE) experience, including knowledge of Logistics and Rental processes.
  • 3+ full lifecycle S/4HANA implementations, ideally in a project management or stream lead role.
  • Proven experience running Agile or hybrid project methodologies, including daily standups and backlog management.
  • Strong understanding of cutover planning, training coordination, and OCM activities.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PMP, PRINCE2, or SAP Activate certification.
  • Experience with Rental processes (Equipment Rental, or industry-specific solutions).
  • Familiarity with tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, or SAP Solution Manager for tracking and reporting.
  • Experience working in a global, cross-functional environment.
