Job Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with 7+ years of proven experience to support enterprise-level initiatives in Telehealth and IT Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A). The ideal candidate has a strong background in healthcare IT, excels at delivering high-quality BA artifacts, and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This role requires strong collaboration with Project Managers, stakeholders, and development teams to gather, document, and translate business requirements into actionable solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with Project Managers to support delivery of Telehealth and IT M&A projects.

  • Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business needs into clear, detailed functional and system requirements.

  • Conduct requirements-gathering activities such as interviews, document analysis, workflow reviews, and site visits.

  • Create high-quality BA deliverables, including:

  • Business requirements documents (BRDs)

  • Functional requirements specifications (FRS)

  • Process flows and swimlane diagrams (preferably in Microsoft Visio)

  • Use cases and user stories

  • Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, identify improvement opportunities, and implement effective solutions.

  • Support end-to-end project lifecycle, including UAT planning and validation.

  • Ensure alignment between business objectives and system capabilities.

  • Actively manage risks and dependencies related to business analysis workstreams.

  • Take ownership of tasks and workstreams, demonstrating initiative and autonomy.


    Required Qualifications:

    • 7+ years of hands-on Business Analyst experience in complex IT environments.

    • Healthcare industry experience strongly preferred.

    • Experience with Telehealth platforms and/or M&A integration projects a major plus.

    • Advanced skills in business process modeling and workflow analysis.

    • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Visio for process documentation.

    • Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality BA documentation.

    • Exceptional communication skills—both verbal and written.

    • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

    • Self-starter with a high degree of initiative and ability to learn quickly.
