Job Title: Senior Front-End / Web UI Developer (ASP.NET MVC + Telerik)
Location: Remote

Our client is modernizing and optimizing a core ASP.NET web application that powers critical parts of our business. The platform leverages a combination of ASP.NET MVC, Telerik UI, HTML, CSS, jQuery, and VSTO (Office integration). We’re seeking two experienced Senior Front-End Developers to help lead the evolution of the front end—delivering better performance, usability, and maintainability for large, data-driven web applications.

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with backend developers and business analysts to deliver high-quality, scalable UI features.

• Refactor and optimize existing ASP.NET MVC views to improve load time and responsiveness.

• Improve and modernize Telerik UI components (e.g., grids, forms, charts).

• Apply modern CSS (flexbox, grid) for clean, responsive design.

• Maintain and enhance jQuery/Telerik-based interfaces with a focus on usability and maintainability.

• Ensure accessibility and WCAG compliance across key application areas.

• Integrate UI updates with ASP.NET Razor views and MVC controllers.

• Provide guidance, mentorship, and code reviews for junior developers.

• Support Office integrations using VSTO, where applicable.

What We’re Looking For

• 7+ years of front-end development experience with ASP.NET MVC, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/jQuery.

• Strong hands-on experience with Telerik UI for ASP.NET MVC (grid performance tuning, charting, forms).

• Proven track record optimizing legacy ASP.NET applications for performance and scalability.

• Familiarity with VSTO and building integrations with Microsoft Office applications.

• Sharp UI/UX sensibility—capable of translating wireframes into polished, functional interfaces.

• Strong understanding of cross-browser compatibility, accessibility, and responsive design.

• Experience working with modern CSS frameworks and front-end best practices.
