Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL (On-Site)

Position Overview:
 

REQUIREMENTS/SKILLSETS/ RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Windows and Windows Server experience required
• Professional Mac OS X (+) experience desired
• Supervisory experience preferred
   

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in a computer related discipline or equivalent training and experience required

• Dell PowerEdge VRTX: (3) blade servers; (1) Dell ME4 storage device
• VMware infrastructure: ESXI, vSphere (multi-host environment)
  Hyper V, virtualization technologies

• Meraki MX Security Appliance, managed Meraki switches and wireless access points; VLAN configuration
• Domain Controller management
• Microsoft Office 365 Enterprise/Exchange/SharePoint and administrator support
• Multi-domain Active Directory Forest and Microsoft AZURE
• Local & virtual backup and recovery practices
• Remote Access solutions: VPN, RDP, etc.
• Print Server management
• Mac OS X user workstations
• VOIP phone system
   

• Management of IT Infrastructure; to include design/planning, installation, configuration, and maintenance
• Manage Information Technology team member(s) responsibilities, performance, and development
• Contribute support with end-user help desk system/tasks
• Ability to provide documentation, project tracking, and management reporting
• Strong support skills and ability to effectively communicate, both written and orally, with employees and all levels of management
• Ability to maintain highly sensitive and confidential material
• And all other assigned duties
