Location: Plano, TX (onsite, 5 days per week)
Job-Type:  Contract, Contract-to-Hire
Salary Range:  $125K – $150K
Referral Fee: $2,000
Position Overview:
We are seeking a Sr. Product Manager with deep expertise in AI and strong experience across retail, fintech, and leasing domains to lead enterprise-wide AI initiatives. This strategic role will partner closely with engineering, business leadership, and executive stakeholders (including the CEO and Board) to drive high-impact AI use cases across multiple business lines.
Duties & Responsibilities:

• Lead the AI product strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle across the enterprise.
• Partner with the VP of Innovation to identify, prioritize, and deliver scalable AI-driven solutions.
• Evaluate AI technologies and contribute to build vs. buy decisions.
• Align and coordinate with stakeholders across engineering, data science, product leadership, and executive teams.
• Communicate clearly with senior leaders, including VPs, SVPs, and the Board.
• Assist with EPIC-level requirements post-implementation and ongoing product iterations.
• Champion data-driven decision-making, responsible AI governance, and agile practices.

Required Experience & Skills:

• 7+ years of product management experience; strong preference for AI or data-driven product experience.
• Solid understanding of AI/ML/LLM concepts and their practical applications, especially in fintech, e-commerce, leasing, or retail.
• Proven ability to evaluate technical solutions and drive enterprise-level product decisions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills.
• Strong business acumen and ability to connect the dots across different domains.
• Comfortable working without a dedicated engineering team and operating across product lines.
• Self-starter who thrives in ambiguous, high-visibility environments.
