Procurement Senior Manager

We’re seeking a proven procurement leader to manage the full technology procurement lifecycle, including strategic sourcing, vendor management, contract negotiations, and asset management. In this high-impact role, you’ll lead a team of specialists, develop procurement frameworks, KPIs, and reporting, and partner with business and technology leaders to maximize value while minimizing risk.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor procurement team across sourcing, contracts, vendor, and asset management.

• Define, implement, and optimize procurement policies, processes, and tools.

• Negotiate complex, high-value technology agreements.

• Monitor vendor performance and drive continuous improvement.

• Partner with stakeholders to align procurement strategies with business goals.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years’ technical procurement experience, including supervisory leadership.

• Proven success with enterprise-scale technology sourcing and multi-million-dollar negotiations.

• Strong knowledge of procurement systems (Oracle or similar) and contract management.

• CPSM preferred.
