Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and analytical HR Shared Services & Advisory Analyst to support both analytical and administrative aspects of HR operations and strategic projects. This role will provide critical support for regulatory compliance, process improvements, and global HR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist with regulatory employment processes, including documentation, audits, and compliance tracking.

Support the automation of HR processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.

Assist in the review and refresh of global HR policies and procedures.

Manage employee leaves of absence and related HR documentation.

Provide data analysis and reporting to support HR operations and strategic decision-making.

Support RFP responses and due diligence inquiries for current and prospective clients.

Participate in ad-hoc projects and initiatives as needed to support the HRSS&A team and broader business objectives.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with HR systems or data analytics tools is a plus.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, global environment.
