Job Description – Product Manager, Cruise Integration

Location: Dania Beach, FL (Hybrid)
Position Type: Contract-to-Hire


Overview

Our client is seeking a Product Manager – Cruise Integration to own the strategy and execution of its cruise integration platform. This role will lead integrations with multiple cruise line partners, manage day-to-day platform operations, and play a key role in building a next-generation cruise booking product from the ground up. The ideal candidate has experience in the cruise or travel booking industry, strong technical acumen, and the ability to work cross-functionally with engineers and business stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities

  • Integrations: Eventually lead integration of ~12 cruise line partners into a new platform, working with APIs and backend teams to build scalable connectors.

  • Platform Management: Oversee day-to-day cruise platform operations, including bug fixes, issue management, and implementation of a custom payment module.

  • Future Product Development: Contribute to the roadmap and design of future proprietary cruise product, including technical stack and payment architecture.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with engineering, design, suppliers, and business teams to ensure delivery of reliable, customer-friendly booking experiences.

  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize workflows, improve platform stability, and deliver enhanced booking features.


Qualifications

  • 2–3+ years of product management experience, ideally in travel, hospitality, or cruise booking systems.

  • Hands-on experience with customer-facing booking products (room selection, deposits, payments, or similar).

  • Strong technical ability: can read API documentation, work with backend engineers, and manage integrations.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to drive alignment.


Nice to Have

  • Direct cruise industry experience (booking systems strongly preferred).

  • A/B testing or experimentation experience.

  • Payments product knowledge.
