Position: Research Lead (Epic Beacon Certified)
Location: Remote
Job Type: Contract to Hire
 

We are currently seeking a Research Lead for a contract-to-hire opportunity with the intent to convert to a full-time. 

What We’re Looking For:

Our ideal candidate is someone with both Beacon and Research certifications, coupled with strong leadership experience in clinical research or clinical informatics.

However, we understand this is a high bar. If you’re exceptional in every other way and hold only a Research certification, we still want to hear from you.

Must-Haves:

• Epic Beacon Certification and Epic Research Certification (strongly preferred)

  • Will consider candidates with only Epic Research Certification if highly qualified

• Proven leadership experience in oncology research workflows, or related domains

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• Passion for driving process improvement and clinical outcomes through research systems

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience working in a healthcare system or academic medical center

• Familiarity with clinical trial management systems (CTMS)
