Job Title: Sr. EHR Specialist II
Type: Contract
Duration: 6 months (Chance for extension or full-time conversion)
Location: Remote 
Summary: 
Our client is a rapidly growing ENT practice looking to further expand their reach across the southeast. This role will focus on the design, implementation, and optimization of ModMed EMA and similar EHRs such as Touchworks and eCW. The role involves collaboration with clinical and IT teams, project leadership, and adherence to compliance and documentation standards.
Responsibilities:

• Participate in the design, build, and configuration of clinical applications, including EHRs and ancillary systems.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of projects and documentation.
• Provide Tier 2–3 support for clinical systems and manage system audits.
• Serve as a liaison between IT, clinical stakeholders, and vendors.
• Promote EHR system security and patient confidentiality.
• Maintain detailed documentation and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical application implementation and optimization.
• Strong knowledge of EHR systems (ModMed required) and clinical workflows.
• Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary project teams and manage stakeholder relationships.
• Familiarity with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow), project management tools, and change management frameworks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
