Job Title: Project Manager

Location: Tallahassee, FL (On-Site)
Position Overview:
The Project Manager will lead and oversee large-scale integration and software implementation projects, coordinating across teams and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The role includes tracking milestones, managing staffing resources, and providing executive-level reporting on project performance, efficiency, risk, and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage projects from initiation through completion.
  • Coordinate and communicate project updates to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Facilitate collaboration across multiple teams and ensure adequate resources and alignment.
  • Track milestones, monitor staffing levels, and adjust resources as needed.
  • Ensure all project activities and deliverables align with schedules and contractual obligations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or completion of recognized project management training.
  • 7+ years of project management experience, including large-scale software implementation projects.
  • Experience managing multiple projects across different technologies and functions.
  • Strong ability to document technical and business requirements for diverse audiences.
  • Extensive knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and change management techniques.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and timelines.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
