Job Title: React Frontend Developer
Location: Pembroke Pines, FL (Hybrid 3 days onsite per week)
Job Type: Direct Hire

Position Overview: We’re looking for a talented Frontend Developer with strong experience in modern JavaScript frameworks, particularly React and React Native. This role will focus on building intuitive, performant, and scalable web and mobile interfaces for our workforce management platform and mobile kiosk solutions. Ideal candidates have deep expertise in state management patterns like Redux or Flux, care about UX/UI consistency, and thrive in collaborative, cross-functional teams.

As part of our engineering team, you’ll help shape the future of our user-facing products across web and mobile platforms — with an emphasis on reliability, maintainability, and high usability for both employees and managers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement responsive, accessible user interfaces using React for web and React Native for mobile.
• Architect clean and scalable state management using Redux, Flux, or similar patterns.
• Work closely with designers, product managers, and backend engineers to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Develop reusable components and front-end libraries with clean, maintainable code.
• Optimize performance and troubleshoot cross-platform UI issues.
• Participate in code reviews, ensure adherence to frontend best practices, and mentor junior developers.
• Collaborate on feature planning, UX improvements, and long-term architectural decisions.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of professional experience with both React and React Native.
• Solid understanding of state management patterns like Redux or Flux.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience with mobile-friendly and responsive design best practices.
• Familiarity with version control tools like Git and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to consume REST APIs and handle async operations gracefully.
• Strong debugging and performance tuning skills on both web and mobile

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience integrating third-party libraries and SDKs (e.g., analytics, maps, push notifications).
• Exposure to native modules and bridging techniques in React Native.
• Familiarity with testing frameworks like Jest, Detox, or Cypress.
• Experience working in hybrid environments alongside Android and backend engineers.
• Understanding of mobile deployment tools, including over-the-air updates and custom enterprise app distribution.
