  • Provide end-user training, troubleshooting, and support to ensure adoption and system reliability.

Azure & API Development

  • Build and deploy EHR components within Azure Health Data Services using SMART on FHIR and Azure API for FHIR.

  • Manage OAuth2 authentication, CORS, and role-based access to ensure secure API interactions.

  • Integrate CharmHealth with Azure services (APIM, Azure Functions) for scalable and compliant data exchange.

Vendor & Interface Management

  • Lead integration efforts with vendors such as PDMI, Diamond Pharmacy, and Surescripts for eRx, 340B, and prior authorization workflows.

  • Oversee data mapping, interface testing, and file layout verification for compliance and performance.

Governance & Maintenance

  • Maintain comprehensive technical documentation, SOPs, and governance materials.

  • Participate in governance and change control meetings to ensure stability and compliance.

  • Plan and manage EHR version upgrades, patches, and ongoing system maintenance.

Required Qualifications

  • Proficiency with Azure Cloud Services, SMART on FHIR, and RESTful APIs/webhooks.

  • Demonstrated success managing third-party vendor integrations and compliance-driven interfaces.

  • Knowledge of HIPAA, HL7, and healthcare interoperability standards.

  • Ability to identify opportunities to apply AI and automation to clinical operations.
