Workday Integration Developer (Sr. Consultant)

Purpose:
Develop and maintain integrations between Workday and other systems to ensure smooth data flow across HR, Finance, and Payroll.

Main Responsibilities:

• Build integrations (Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Document Transformation).

• Work through full lifecycle: design ? build ? test ? deploy ? support.

• Troubleshoot integration issues and ensure data accuracy.

• Document and improve integration processes.

• Collaborate with HR, IT, Finance, and external vendors.

• Mentor junior developers.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of Workday integration development.

• Experience across 2+ Workday HCM or Financials implementations.

• Proficient in at least two integration tools (Studio, EIB, Orchestrate, etc.).

• Degree or equivalent experience in tech, business, or finance.

• Experience in Higher Ed or Healthcare is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Workday certifications (Integration, Studio, Orchestrate).

• XML, XSLT, JSON, REST/SOAP.

• Middleware or languages like Java/.NET.

• Strong communication and problem-solving.
