Role Overview:

Gravity IT Resources is seeking an innovative Email Marketing Specialist with a passion for all aspects of email marketing. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and deploying email campaigns, including building emails from templates and HTML, writing compelling copy, conducting A/B tests, managing mailing lists, and optimizing campaigns based on industry best practices. This role demands a detail-oriented professional capable of working in a fast-paced environment, ensuring high-quality deliverables and actionable insights to improve email performance.

Responsibilities:

• Hands-on development of all email campaigns, including building emails from templates and HTML, copywriting, quality assurance, and scheduling.
• Proofread emails for clarity, grammar, and spelling to ensure professionalism and accuracy.
• Work closely with stakeholders to solicit approvals and recommend improvements based on industry best practices and performance data.
• Use HubSpot to pull targeted email recipient lists and maintain overall email database health and reputation.
• Track, report, and analyze email metrics, providing clear, actionable insights to management.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in email marketing.
• Proven experience with HubSpot for email campaigns.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a relevant field.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple projects effectively.
• Strong written communication and copywriting skills.
• Proficiency in HTML/CSS coding for responsive email templates.
• Experience using Photoshop or other digital editing software.
• Good knowledge of MS Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
