Job Title: Senior IT Business Systems Analyst – AI Innovation
Location: Onsite – West Palm Beach 
Job-Type: Contract
Referral Fee: +/- $80/month

Gravity is seeking a Senior IT Business Systems Analyst – AI Innovation to serve as a strategic partner between emerging technology and enterprise value. This role combines innovation research, business analysis, and enterprise collaboration to identify AI opportunities and deliver solutions that transform the way the organization works.

The Analyst will collaborate directly with business unit leaders to uncover AI integration opportunities, document and analyze business processes, and support the rollout of AI-driven solutions across the enterprise. The ideal candidate blends technical acumen, analytical rigor, stakeholder engagement, and a passion for innovation.

Core Responsibilities:
Task 1 – Business Engagement & AI Opportunity Identification (40%)

• Engage with business unit leaders to understand challenges, pain points, and operational inefficiencies.

• Identify opportunities for AI, automation, and emerging technologies to create transformative impact.

• Build trust with stakeholders through strong communication and consultative partnership.
  Key Ingredients: Stakeholder management, analytical skills, and technical AI knowledge.

Task 2 – Business Process Analysis & Documentation (30%)

• Analyze and document existing business processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and innovation opportunities.

• Conduct process mapping, requirements gathering, and current-to-future state assessments.

• Collaborate with technical teams to align recommendations with enterprise architecture and system capabilities.
  Key Ingredients: Process mapping, technical insight, collaboration.

Task 3 – AI Solution Rollout & Support (30%)

• Oversee and participate in the implementation of AI-driven solutions within business units.

• Assist in testing, change management, training, and adoption activities.

• Track outcomes, measure impact, and ensure solutions deliver expected business value.
  Key Ingredients: Project management, change management, technical leadership.

Expanded Responsibilities
Technology Research & Innovation

• Conduct deep research into emerging technologies with potential enterprise impact.

• Evaluate new capabilities through hands-on experimentation and proof-of-concept development.

• Stay current on trends in AI/ML, XR, agentic systems, and next-generation digital experiences.

• Convert emerging concepts into practical, high-value business solutions.

Communication & Stakeholder Management

• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives for diverse audiences.

• Present findings, recommendations, and project updates to leadership and cross-functional partners.

• Facilitate alignment discussions that connect innovation opportunities with enterprise strategy.

Project & Program Management

• Manage innovation initiatives from ideation through delivery.

• Develop project plans, roadmaps, success metrics, and progress reporting.

• Drive initiatives forward in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.

Analysis & Problem Solving

• Conduct feasibility assessments, impact analysis, and gap assessment for proposed solutions.

• Synthesize data and insights into informed, strategic recommendations.

• Ensure innovations align with enterprise architecture and integration standards.

Technical Skill Qualifications

1. Business Process Analysis & Documentation
   Experience: 5+ years
   Demonstrated expertise in process mapping, requirements gathering, and operational analysis.

2. Knowledge of AI & Emerging Technologies
   Experience: 3+ years
   (Strong interest in AI innovation with professional commitment to learning is acceptable.)

3. Stakeholder Engagement & Trust-Building
   Experience: 3–5 years
   Ability to partner with diverse business units, influence without authority, and build long-term credibility.

Additional Technical Qualifications

• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, cloud platforms, and modern software practices.

• Hands-on experience with proof-of-concept development or experimentation frameworks.

• Familiarity with enterprise architecture and system integration principles.

• Ability to rapidly evaluate and learn new technologies independently.
