Senior MyChart Analyst
6-Month Remote Contract

Overview
Seeking a Senior MyChart Analyst for a six-month remote contract supporting a growing digital health team. This role focuses on building and enhancing virtual departments, microsites, and new clinic implementations within MyChart. The position requires a hands-on analyst who is highly self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing projects independently while collaborating across multiple teams. Candidates must be able to work Eastern Time hours.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and support virtual departments and microsites using MyChart tools and functionality.

  • Partner with digital health, marketing, IT, Cadence, and Ambulatory teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.

  • Manage and execute MyChart build projects, including new virtual clinics and patient-care digital workflows.

  • Conduct research, propose enhancements, and implement features that improve digital patient experience.

  • Maintain project timelines, communicate progress, and ensure successful delivery of assigned initiatives.

  • Participate in onboarding activities and cross-team introductions as needed.

Required Experience & Skills

  • 5+ years of MyChart experience.

  • MyChart certification required; EPIC certifications strongly preferred.

  • Strong project management abilities and demonstrated ownership of work.

  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Cadence and Ambulatory knowledge.

  • MyChart Builder experience (not required but highly advantageous).

Additional Details

  • Fully remote role with no state restrictions.

  • Must be available to work Eastern Time hours.

  • Contract term: 6 months.

  • Two-round interview process, with interviews anticipated to begin early December and a target start date around January 2026.
