Systems Analyst (Intermediate) – Imaging Tier

We’re seeking two skilled Healthcare IT Analysts with specialized experience supporting radiology applications and imaging technologies. In this role, you’ll partner closely with clinical teams, imaging departments, and IT stakeholders to ensure the stability, performance, and integration of key radiology systems.

? Position Summary

The Systems Analyst (Intermediate – Imaging Tier) will provide advanced support for radiology-focused clinical applications and imaging modalities. This individual will troubleshoot, optimize workflows, support integrations, and assist with data migration and imaging infrastructure initiatives across Novant Health.

? Key Qualifications

• 5+ years of Healthcare IT experience, ideally in an imaging or clinical application support environment

• Hands-on experience with:

  • Visage PACS

  • Hyland HVNA (Vendor Neutral Archive)

  • Silverback DICOM Router

• Working understanding of data migrations and imaging data workflows

? Core Competencies

• Application support & advanced troubleshooting

• Radiology workflow analysis & optimization

• HL7, DICOM, IHE integration and interoperability

• Project coordination & time management

• End-user training and creating clear documentation

• Supporting data migration initiatives

? Preferred Certifications

• Hyland VNA Certification

• PACS Administration Certification (CIIP or equivalent)

• ITIL Foundation or PMP (preferred but not required)
