Job Title: Internet Sales Coordinator

Overview
Gravity is seeking an Investor Marketplace Internet Sales Coordinator to deliver a seamless, personalized experience for investors engaging through our marketplace. This role will manage inbound communications, coordinate internally, and optimize lead conversion to ensure investor satisfaction and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Inbound Engagement: Respond to investor inquiries via inbound calls and monitor automated registration responses for timely follow-up.
- Lead Prioritization: Track investor activity (bookmarks, add-to-cart actions, offer submissions) and prioritize high-interest leads for engagement.
- Offer Management: Review investor offers and determine the optimal course of action to maximize conversion.
- Partner Coordination: Provide warm introductions to third-party partners (insurance, property management) and ensure timely responses from internal teams.
- Marketing Collaboration: Align with marketing campaigns and eBlasts to manage inbound interest and engagement effectively.
Required Experience & Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Experience in internet sales, preferably with telephone and real estate experience.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
