IT Support Specialist (Windows Hello)
Location: Onsite — Charlotte, NC
Duration: 3-Month Contract
We are seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to provide exceptional technical support, assist with key IT initiatives, and ensure a seamless user experience in a fast-paced, high-profile environment. This is a 3-month onsite contract based in Charlotte, NC.
Key Responsibilities
Project Support

Support the Windows Hello deployment and associated project tasks.
Customer Service & Support
-
Deliver high-quality end-user support with minimal business disruption.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues; escalate when necessary.

Identify recurring issues and contribute feedback to improve IT services.
Team Collaboration

Work closely with IT teams and business stakeholders to ensure cohesive support delivery.

Assist with documentation, training materials, and knowledge sharing.

Participate actively in team meetings and support initiatives.
Technical Qualifications
-
Hands-on experience supporting Windows 11
-
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (M365)

Active Directory and Azure AD administration
-
Experience with SCCM
-
Intune and iOS device management
-
Familiarity with ITIL practices
