Title: Expense Analyst
Location: Weston, FL (5 days onsite)
Contract-to-Hire

JOB DESCRIPTION:  Expense Associate is responsible for performing administrative tasks to support daily business operations as assigned by the department managers. 

These include the following. 

• Assist with managing corporate card program including card applications, limit increases, MCC issues, fraudulent charges, card activation and cancellations.
• Monitor, triage or respond to email inquiries, Service Now incidents and internal department news feed.
• Assist with credit card refunds and reconciliation.
• Assist with weekly/monthly reporting review to ensure compliance.
• Any other duties as designated by your manager.

 Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 3 year+ experience in professional environment
• Experience with accounting, corporate card, Service Now and Concur expense system is a plus
• Proficient Microsoft Office knowledge
• Advance Microsoft Excel (ability to perform V-lookups, create pivot tables, etc.)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Ability to keep up with a large volume of work
