A local client is seeking a Recruiter to join their team. This individual will play a key role in supporting the company’s rapid growth by identifying and recruiting high-volume Industrial and Skilled Trade talent. The Recruiter will have strong visibility throughout the organization, including regular interaction on the manufacturing floor.

Key responsibilities include:

• Recruiting for high-volume Industrial and Skilled Trade positions

• Conducting high-volume outbound calls to engage and screen candidates

• Maintaining accountability to recruiting metrics and results

• Leveraging technology and process efficiencies where appropriate

• Building relationships with hiring managers and plant leadership
