Senior Enterprise Architect:

JOB SUMMARY
Implements new systems and updates to current systems with occasional guidance. Partners on creating business requirements for new tools or enhancements in consideration of workflows and partners on quality assurance testing. Develops change management strategies and supports system orientation and clinician onboarding.

Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead activities in specific areas of enterprise architecture related to the design, development and maintenance of the Enterprise Architecture.
• Researches overall solutions on the market for particular technical requirements and business needs.
• Researches new and emerging technologies, locals market drivers, regulatory requirements and disruptive technologies, and make recommendations on their implications
• Communicate technology vision, strategy, principles, and standards as required to drive understanding, alignment, and adherence.

TECHNICAL CAPABILITIES
• Corporate Applications Knowledge (Advanced): Demonstrates a high level of knowledge of all core business systems, how they are structured, how various components and parts interact, as well as what protocols and interfaces are used for communications and cooperation between modules and components. Takes a lead role in the strategic planning and design of core business systems. Has in-depth knowledge of the entire computing architecture of the company. Stays abreast of new and emerging technology and its impact on core business systems.
• Applications Systems Architecture (Expert): Is a recognized enterprise-wide expert and authority on the Company’s systems architecture. Used as an internal resource for strategic direction regarding corporate systems architecture. Takes a lead role in preparing strategic plans for computing architecture. Stays abreast of new and emerging technology and evaluates their potential for improvement on the systems architecture of the company.
• Applications System Design (Expert): The creative process that captures and displays The original intention and concept of a business system requirement in an imaginative and often unique way. It pulls together The different components of an applications system and may follow The guidelines of a systems development methodology.
• Applications Development Standards and Procedures (Expert): Is a recognized expert and authority in applications development standards and procedures. Responsible for weighing the risk of developing an application within the total corporate architecture. Establishes standards for state-of-the-art products and mission-critical procedures which require the highest level of expertise and knowledge. Occupies the position which is the last internal resource for support or direction regarding changes in applications development standards and procedures. Demonstrates industry knowledge of applications development standards and procedures in area of expertise and may take a role in helping to establish new industry standards.

Principal Enterprise Architect:

JOB SUMMARY
Provides leadership in the creation, maintenance and management of IT architecture models and their lower-level components. Designs, develops, enhances and maintains enterprise processes. Ensure overall architecture is maintained in a coherent manner with considerations for quality and security. Coaches development of team members.

Job Description

• Recommends and participates in activities related to the design, development and maintenance of the Enterprise Architecture.
• Researches overall solutions on the market for particular technical requirements and business needs.
• Recommends and participates in the development of architecture blueprints for related systems.
• Identifies and recommends areas appropriate for further study and participates in any Proof of Concept projects required to thoroughly investigate architectural possibilities and strengthen arguments for their adoption.

• Applications System Design (Advanced): Demonstrates mastery of systems design tasks for difficult and complex applications. Presented design documents for new systems to user management. Has led in the conduct of all of the tasks and activities required to complete the systems design phase and participated in the process of fully developing and implementing the system. In terms of structured systems design, if applicable, has extensive experience in the development of structure designs, including application to such complex systems as transaction-centered designs, real time/interactive systems, data base managers, distributed processing, etc.
• Applications Systems Architecture (Advanced): Demonstrates a high level of knowledge of core business systems. Takes a lead role in the strategic planning and design of core business systems. Has in-depth knowledge of the entire computing architecture of the company. Stays abreast of new and emerging technology and its impact on core business systems.
