Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and versatile Salesforce Solutions Analyst to support the ongoing optimization, administration, and strategic use of our Salesforce platform. This hybrid role combines technical Salesforce administration with business analysis toensure our CRM environment aligns with evolving business needs. The ideal candidate will not only configure and maintain Salesforce, but also partner closely with stakeholders to analyze processes, gather requirements, and drive business value. You’ll also serve as the go-to resource for triaging and troubleshooting platform issues to ensure system stability and user satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Salesforce Administration (50%)
- Manage and enhance Salesforce configuration including custom objects, fields, validation rules, page layouts, flows, and automation tools.
- Maintain user roles, profiles, permission sets, and manage data integrity and platform security.
- Monitor system health and performance, perform regular audits, and manage routine platform maintenance.
- Triage and troubleshoot Salesforce issues, investigate root causes, and resolve or escalate as needed.
- Manage third-party applications and integrations within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards to support various teams with actionable insights.
Business Analysis (50%)
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications or user stories.
- Analyze current workflows and processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, or automation opportunities.
- Document system requirements, process flows, and standard operating procedures.
- Own the intake process for Salesforce-related issues and enhancement requests, ensuring proper documentation, prioritization, and resolution tracking.
- Assist in planning, testing, and validating system changes, enhancements, and new functionality.
- Support user training and adoption by creating documentation, guides, and training sessions.
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of Salesforce Administration and/or Business Analysis experience.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201).
- Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration tools (Flows, Reports, Validation Rules, etc.).
- Experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to triage and troubleshoot technical or process-related issues.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred:
- Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira or Confluence.
- Additional Salesforce certifications (Advanced Admin, Platform App Builder, etc.).
- Experience supporting cross-functional teams in sales, customer service, or operations.

- Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
