Job: Project Manager (Junior to Mid Level)
Location: Remote (EST)

What We Are Looking For:
We are looking for a talented and experienced Project Manager to oversee the planning and implementation of a wide variety of projects. The PMO sits at the group level and manages projects across both business and technology areas. The PMO is responsible for managing corporate priority projects from conceptual planning through implementation, while reporting on project health and progress to both stakeholders and the executive team. We work with colleagues from all parts of the organization and gain exposure to projects that range from technical integrations to launching new product lines and supporting new subsidiaries. Each project is unique and highly visible across multiple areas of the company. This role is a hybrid position involving both Project Management and PMO responsibilities.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Effectively lead and direct multiple projects to completion by leveraging best?practice PMO methodology
- Collaborate with Senior Project and Program Managers
- Manage projects to ensure they are proceeding according to scope, schedule, and budget
- Provide inputs to status reporting to senior executives and project stakeholders, including milestones, scope changes, risks, issues, actions, and dependencies
- Manage the resolution of problems, conflicts, and critical path blockers on deliverables across one or multiple lines of business
- Create and maintain detailed project plans to monitor and track progress
- Attend project working groups and status meetings with technical teams, business stakeholders, and executive sponsors
- Ensure all project dependencies are aligned across internal and external teams
- Ensure all projects and programs follow PMO standards and governance
- Ensure compliance with all audit requirements
- Create agendas and meeting minutes to set clear expectations and assign actions
- Organize all project documentation in a central repository to meet governance and audit standards
- Assist in creating project communication plans to ensure timely and consistent status updates
- Create and update project artifacts including Stakeholder Matrix, RACI, RAID, and Closure Reports
- Provide necessary information and recommendations on key decisions impacting project scope, quality, resources, deliverables, timeline, or costs
- Review and approve proposed modifications to project plans and implement beneficial changes
- Assist in User Acceptance Testing with business and development teams and ensure required artifacts are in place

- Experience with SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio), Microsoft Project, JIRA, Smartsheets, and Lucidchart
Minimum Qualifications:
- BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in the financial services industry
Desired Qualifications:
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
