Job Title:  Sr. Full-Stack Developer (C# / React)
Location: Remote (LATAM)
Job-Type:  Contract
Salary Range:  $4,000 – $5,500/month
Position Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Full-Stack Developer to support rapid development across two core automation platforms. This role will contribute heavily to new development, with the first major release targeted for early March.
The ideal candidate is strong in C#, React/TypeScript, and SQL, and is comfortable working across both front-end and back-end systems. This person must understand how to scale applications, work across shared libraries, and collaborate closely with DevOps in a structured Kanban delivery model.
This position requires availability online during MST hours, with daily collaboration beginning at 9:45am MST.
Duties & Responsibilities:

• Design and develop full-stack solutions using C#, React, and TypeScript.
• Contribute backend functionality across two applications.
• Contribute frontend development across two applications.
• Write and optimize SQL queries and data access patterns.
• Ensure applications are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with enterprise standards.
• Collaborate closely with DevOps on deployment pipelines and operational readiness.
• Contribute to shared libraries used across applications.
• Participate in daily collaboration (9:45am MST) and cross-team coordination.
• Support structured, timeboxed Kanban workflows and coordination with the maintenance team.

Required Experience & Skills:

• 5+ years’ experience in C#/.NET development.
• Experience with React and TypeScript.
• Solid SQL query development skills.
• Proven full-stack development experience.
• Experience building scalable applications.
• Ability to work effectively in a distributed team (FTE + nearshore).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Comfortable bringing new ideas and contributing to process improvement.
