Workday Student Functional Consultant
Records to Registration (R2R)
Location
Detroit metro area
Approximately 25% travel required to the university campus
Client will cover travel and lodging
Focus
Support the Workday Student Records to Registration area during E2E testing and data validation as the university moves through a critical implementation phase.
Core Responsibilities
• Support Workday Student Records to Registration (R2R) processes including course registration, academic records, and student lifecycle transactions
• Assist with end to end data validation across R2R workflows
• Participate in E2E and parallel testing cycles
• Identify and document functional defects and configuration issues
• Support creation and execution of test scripts and validation scenarios
• Partner with functional leads and project team members to resolve issues during testing cycles
Required Experience
• 2 to 4 years of Workday Student experience
• Hands on experience supporting Records to Registration (R2R)
• Experience supporting E2E, UAT, or parallel testing cycles
• Experience working with higher education Workday Student environments
Ideal Background
• Prior experience supporting Workday Student implementations
• Workday Student certification preferred but not required
