Duties and Responsibilities
- The Cybersecurity IAM Engineer will play a crucial role in ensuring the security and integrity of the digital assets by managing a variety of IAM applications and platforms effectively. This role’s responsibilities will encompass technical, logical, and practical analysis techniques to a variety of situations within the IAM landscape. This is a hands-on role where issues arise and are mitigated by the team on a daily basis. There are wide opportunities for exposure to a variety of technology families available in the IAM landscape. This means a highly motivated candidate will be able to broaden their own technical knowledge using modern systems at a Fortune 500 company while getting valuable experience with the engineering and management various cybersecurity tools.
- The right candidate will find a wealth of opportunity to make a difference in ensuring user base has as smooth an experience as possible, interfacing with users or other cybersecurity and IT colleagues on a daily basis, all while augmenting their own personal toolkit in the IAM space.
- Engineer, design, implement, and support the full lifecycle of IAM platforms and applications
- Investigate and resolve IAM platform and application issues, escalations and incidents in a timely manner
- Integrate IAM platforms with business applications and ensure coverage is at 100% of all protected assets
- Automation and process optimization of IAM processes to increase performance and reduce manual intervention
- Collaborate with SOC, GRC, and IGA teams to support coverage and implementation of IAM applications
