Product Manager – Loyalty Technology

Location: Mostly Remote – 2 days a month travel to NYC required
Job Type: Contract to hire (6 month conversion)
Pay Range: $55/hr – $70/hr

About the Role

We are looking for a Product Manager to help lead the strategy and development of technology that powers a large-scale customer loyalty platform for a major airline. In this role, you will work closely with engineering, data teams, and business stakeholders to deliver products that enhance customer engagement, enable partner integrations, and improve the overall loyalty experience.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys owning products end-to-end, working cross-functionally, and using data to drive product decisions.


What You’ll Do

  • Define and execute the product roadmap for loyalty technology platforms

  • Translate business needs into product features and technical requirements

  • Partner with engineering teams to deliver customer-facing digital products

  • Prioritize product enhancements based on business impact and customer experience

  • Manage product releases, platform updates, and issue resolution

  • Lead API and system integrations with external partners and internal platforms

  • Collaborate with data teams to analyze product performance and identify improvements

  • Work with cybersecurity teams to strengthen platform security and mitigate fraud risks

  • Communicate product strategy and progress to cross-functional stakeholders


What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in Product Management, Technical Product Management, or IT Product Delivery

  • Experience owning or contributing to digital platform products

  • Strong ability to work with engineering, analytics, and business teams

  • Experience working in Agile environments

  • Strong problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills


Nice to Have

  • Experience working with loyalty, rewards, or membership platforms

  • Experience with API integrations or platform ecosystems

  • Background in travel, hospitality, fintech, or e-commerce

  • Experience using data or analytics to guide product decisions
