Job Title: Director, Global Supply Chain

Summary:
Our client is seeking an experienced Director of Global Supply Chain to lead their international expansion, manage vendor relationships, and oversee global logistics and operational processes. The Director will focus on strategic growth across Europe, APAC, and Canada, ensuring efficient movement of products across borders, and implementing operational infrastructure to support teams worldwide.
Responsibilities

• Lead global vendor strategy across Europe, APAC, and Canada, managing performance, contracts, and relationships.
• Drive international expansion by identifying and structuring vendor networks in key regions.
• Oversee operations across primary global locations and support international depots.
• Provide strategic guidance on international logistics, including cross-border shipments.
• Support logistics liaisons while maintaining hands-on knowledge of transportation and compliance.
• Build and implement operational infrastructure, including workflows and standardized forms.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures to streamline global processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in global supply chain, logistics, or operations.
• Proven experience managing vendors and third-party logistics providers internationally.
• Hands-on experience moving products across international borders.
• Experience building operational infrastructure and implementing SOPs.
• Knowledge of Europe, APAC (East, Southeast, South Asia, Oceania), and Canada supply chains.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
