Overview

Our client is seeking a Product Owner, Owner Supply to support the execution of FF&E, sitewide assets, and supporting infrastructure within a large-scale private destination resort.

This role is responsible for translating product vision into actionable requirements and ensuring that all owner-supplied assets are delivered in alignment with guest experience expectations, operational needs, and long-term performance.

Responsibilities

Product Strategy

  • Support strategic direction for owner-supplied scopes across the destination
  • Ensure alignment between stakeholders on product vision and execution

Product Definition

  • Define requirements for FF&E, equipment, and sitewide assets
  • Ensure assets meet guest experience, operational, and functional needs
  • Develop presentations and materials to communicate product direction

Product Delivery

  • Partner with A&D, Construction, Operations, and PMO to deliver owner-supplied assets
  • Ensure assets are operationally viable, durable, and scalable
  • Support onsite execution and resolve issues during construction and activation

Cross-Functional Alignment

  • Coordinate across multiple departments to maintain alignment and progress
  • Communicate updates, changes, and priorities effectively

Product Standards

  • Maintain consistency with product development standards and experience guidelines
  • Ensure assets align with both brand expectations and site-specific requirements

Roadmap & Planning

  • Track milestones, timelines, and deliverables
  • Partner with PMO to ensure delivery aligns with schedule and budget

Qualifications

  • 1–3+ years of experience in product, design, procurement, or related field
  • Experience supporting physical product or asset delivery
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities
  • Bachelor’s degree required

Preferred

  • Experience with FF&E, sourcing, or vendor coordination
  • Experience in hospitality, travel, or large-scale development projects
  • Spanish language proficiency

Additional Details

  • Supports delivery of multi-million-dollar asset packages
  • Requires travel and onsite coordination during development phases
