Business Analyst ERP 

This is a functional and technical BA role with heavy requirements gathering upfront, transitioning into testing support as the project moves into sprints. You’ll work closely with HR stakeholders, offshore teams, and delivery leads to drive business value through every phase.

What You’ll Do

• Gather and document requirements across a broad set of organizational stakeholders
• Break down business processes and assess the impact of system changes
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Create test plans, test scripts, and coordinate testing activities during sprints
• Support delivery of WFM and HR solutions in an agile environment
• Collaborate with offshore and global teams throughout the engagement

What You Bring

• Must have ERP BA experience, Infor preferred.
• Experience in Workforce Management, Payroll, or HCM — highly desirable
• Strong requirements gathering skills with a large, complex backlog
• Ability to create and manage test artifacts
• Comfort working in agile sprints with offshore teams
• Infor implementation experience is a plus but not required
• Detail oriented, collaborative, and able to manage multiple stakeholders

• Remote — Eastern Time zone required
• 12-month contract
